How to Lead Transformational Group Coaching Sessions
Join us for a FREE workshop hosted by Christina Tidwell
On Friday, December 15th at 12:00 pm PST
We love group coaching at The Slow Medicine Collective. Group coaching allows people to see themselves reflected in one another, creates community and connection, and allows you as the practitioner to share your knowledge with more people in less time.
We don’t often get training in our practitioner programs on how to lead groups effectively, so we’re left with a lot of knowledge and confidence gaps when it comes to creating groups programs.
In this FREE 90-minute workshop, you will learn the skills needed to structure a group coaching session that works well to facilitate engaging and effective outcomes every time!
The transformative power of group coaching
What you’ll learn inside the workshop:
When and why to offer groups in your practice (and when to not)
The 3 components for structuring a group coaching program
The 6 skills needed to deliver powerful group coaching sessions
Common mistakes made in group coaching (and how to avoid them!)
What it means to deliver trauma-informed groups
Our secret-sauce template for delivering a transformation group coaching session
You’ll leave this session with a clear understanding of how to structure a group coaching program in your practice along with the key skills needed to deliver transformational group sessions that leave your community feeling inspired, connected, and changed.
✓ This free workshop is ideal for any practitioner who is interested in offering groups in their practice or deepening their group coaching skills

We can’t wait to see you in the workshop!
The workshop will be around 90 minutes with some time included for Q&A. Be sure to share this with any practitioners in your life who you know could benefit, it’s totally free and our gift to you!
Upon registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email to your inbox. A replay will be made available within 24-48 hours of the live event.
Meet Christina
After her own experience with chronic autoimmune disease at a young age, Christina became a Registered Nurse to help people heal. Working in the conventional medical system she saw how it was supportive in acute scenarios, but was not set up to get to the root cause of bigger, underlying issues. She became a Functional Nutrition Coach, started her own practice and has had the honor of working with hundreds of individuals to take control of their health and uncover their body’s innate healing potential.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Nursing from the University of Sydney in Sydney, Australia.
She is a critical care trained Registered Nurse, Board Certified Nurse Coach through the American Holistic Nurses Association, Certified Holistic Health Coach trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Functional Nutrition Practitioner certified through the Functional Nutrition Alliance.
With over 14+ years working in the healing arts Christina is passionate about supporting other practitioners to create burn-out proof practices and find deep fulfillment in their purpose work.
